EDM Challenge #2

This is my latest attempt to do an EDM challenge. It was somewhat uncomfortable because I had to sit on the bedframe to do it (We have a waterbed frame with an air mattress right now). I am not sure I will ever get to the point that I can do these drawings "lead free". I had to erase large portions of the drawing a couple of times to get the relationship between the items correct.

Very nice! I have to start over on my lamp--I ran out of room at the bottom of the page for the whole base!! Yes--thank God for lead and erasers!!
I, too, am at the beginning of these challenges--but all is good--at least we have started, right!

Very nice! Why worry about going "lead free" when your results look this lovely?

Nice drawing. I agree with the above comment. Don't worry about all that lead free stuff. Do what you need to do. If the time comes it comes, if it doesn't well so what? I use erasers and pencil a lot of the time. And, quite frankly, I don't care. Just keep on drawing!

You did a wonderful job on this and you drew a heck of a lot more than a lamp! I've only done a few challenges myself. It's hard to find the time for them even though it shouldn't take forever to do them (which for me it does which is why I need so much time...)

This is very nice. Keep at it and someday you'll be surprised that one day you can go lead-free. It all happens in small steps. Every once in a while, but far from often, I go straight for the ink. Your work is lovely. Use whatever it takes.

Very nice. Good detail, better then what I have done.
I have read your posts and thought of this. Do not dispise small beginnings.

This is a great drawing! And hey, I call my eraser a 'drawing tool'.
