stained glass box

This was created for an ATC swap at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/doodlerssketchpad/. I had to really pay attention to what I was doing! I might have liked it better if I did it with watercolor instead of Pitt pens.
So this is kind of like a puzzle...or atleast it puzzled me. There is only blue and yellow glass. The ends are open or clear as are all the spaces parallel to the ends. Can you tell what color each pane is?
