EDM Challenge #3, take 2

This picture took me all week. I have very little time on week days that are also work days to do anything but homeschool and go to work, but yesterday was a day off so I got to work on it and finish it. This purse is hanging on our front door. Did I say the house was.....worrisome? Anyway, I discovered that I could shade the purse with a watercolor sketching pencil and I was happy about how it worked. So this is a continuation of EDM challenge #3.

Excellent drawing -- and the color is PERFECT!! (cute purse, too!!) I like that it's hanging on the doorknob, makes for a very interesting background -- which you did VERY well! Your perseverance paid off.

I love the way you've done this! The doorknob background is perfect ( doesn't everyone hang their purse on a doorknob? )
